GateSync is designed for use with existing remote controlled railroad ballast cars. It leverages existing investment in equipment while offering a higher level of automation. One technician is used to facilitate automated ballast unloading at speeds of up to 10 mph. Crossing, switches, and other NO DUMP zones are protected by GateSync’s precise data logging method.

Our GateSync technology does not use a GPS signal. It relies on actual footage of track using known mileposts and other benchmarks.

GateSync is flexible and "speed variable." From two cars to 40 cars, GateSync offers continuous ballast unloading for any size need and provides consistent depth for ballast flow from one to 10 miles per hour.
